Campsite: check-in from 4.00 p.m. to 7.30 p.m.; check-out within 10.00 a.m.

Bungalows, apartments and glamping StarsBox and Luxury Lodges: check-in from 4 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Check-in is possible after 7.30 p.m. until 11/12 p.m. in case of necessity by prior arrangement with the management and a supplement of € 30.00 per booking is required.
Check-out within 10.00 a.m. After the check-out it is not permitted to use camping services. In order to use the services of the campsite on check-out day for up to 6 hours, subject to prior authorization by the reception staff, a supplement of € 5,00 per person is required.

Daily guests:
Free of charge if stay is less than 3 hours, no access to swimming pool and play park
€ 6,00 if stay is more than 3 hours, including access to swimming pool and play park

From 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. and from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. we kindly ask our guests to be as quiet as possible so as not to cause any disturbance to those who may be sleeping or resting.
Check-out: within 10:00 a.m. on departure date.
Inside the campsite there are various separate collection areas for glass, plastic, cans, paper and organic residues.

Pets:
Small dogs are welcome, with the exception of Glamping facilities. The Management reserves the right to refuse access to larger dogs or pets. Regulations regarding pets: Inform us when booking that your pet will be accompanying you; if you are looking for a pitch which will also suit his or her needs, our pinewood is definitely ideal. For those who love the campsite lifestyle but with added comfort, we offer our chalets and apartments. Pets are not admitted in glamping solutions.
To guarantee all guests a pleasant stay, we have just a few strict rules: Dogs are permitted provided their owners:
- have their health and vaccination booklets with them
- do not leave their dog unattended
- always keep it on a lead and have a muzzle
- have and use a scoop and bag
- ensure that they do not disturb other guests' peace and quiet or rest

Please bear in mind that bitches on heat will not be permitted to enter or stay on the site and dogs of breeds considered dangerous may be required to leave.
